Buyers Loving Loganholme

We've seen a remarkable amount of interest from local and interstate buyers for the suburb of Loganholme over the recent two months.

This development site in Arafura Avenue which consisted of two existing houses and five sub-divided blocks of land was brought to the market in September with six of the properties now under contract or sold within quick succession.

There has been so much interest in this development that it has taken us all by surprise and perhaps this is a sign for things to come for suburbs with easy highway links within the Logan shire in 2020.
